And a fresh outbreak of the non-industrial dispute: there has been a serious breach of protocol by the other party. This is a significant as it indicates, within the context of our exchanges, bad faith. It doesn’t matter if you don’t like people; you can even deal where there is a lack of goodwill. But I’m not sure it’s possible to find a settlement with a party who acts in bad faith.
